Perail Papillon is made from whole sheep’s milk from Aveyron in South West of France. The soft ripened cheese is mild, buttery and creamy. You will find noted of sweet grass and a gentle earthy undernote.
The freshness of the Papillon will pair perfectly with a Chardonnay. La Butiniere Chardonnay from Limoux will make wonders. Not to forget condiments such as a cherry chutney to serve together with a walnut bread.
