You must register in order to be able to place an order on this web site. Information supplied is understood to be complete and correct at time of registration.

You authorize us to assume that any person using this site with your username and password is either you or authorized by you.
You must inform us without delay of any changes in the information you provided us with, during your registration.
We have the absolute discretion to refuse or terminate the registration of any potential or existing customer
We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and we reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this.
We cannot guarantee availability of all products. In the event that a product is unavailable when you place your order, we shall contact you to arrange replacement, or another acceptable arrangement for the completion of your order.
We reserve the right not to accept any order.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice and all orders are subject to our acceptance at our sole discretion and subject to stock availability.
The placing of an order anywhere on our website does not constitute a contract, which is made only when we accept your order and process payment.
We offer free delivery to HKG for any order over HKD800 and to Kowloon, for any order over HKD1’200
For smaller orders, the following charge will apply: HKD150 for HKG, HKD200 for Kowloon.
We do not offer delivery service to Outlying Islands, to restricted areas and to hotel’s guest room.
For New Territories, we offer free delivery for any order over HKD 2’000. For smaller orders, the following charge will apply: HKD300.
Delivery service is available when normal lift access is secured. In case of breakdown, delivery might be re-scheduled or extra delivery charges may apply: HKD100 per floor. The same policy is applicable for walk-up buildings.
We offer delivery within the next 2 working days for any order received Monday to Friday, before 5.00pm and Saturday before 1.00pm. Orders received outside these times will normally be delivered within 2 days following the next working day.
Each order received will be confirmed by an email within 24H (or next working day) to confirm availability and arrange delivery details.
We will only attempt to deliver the product once, after which the products will be returned to our warehouse. We reserve the right to pass on the cost of redelivery in this event.
For orders above HKD5,000 the customer is required to received the goods in person and present a valid proof of identity with photo, such as ID card or passport. Failing to do so may result in the re-scheduling of the delivery.
Delivery service is not available if there is no legitimate unloading area within 50 meters of the of the delivery address.
In case of Typhoon signal 8 or black rain warning, delivery will be suspended. For catering, if Typhoon Signal 8 is lowered to Typhoon signal 3 before 3.00pm, we will arrange delivery within 2 hours. If not, we will arrange delivery the next day.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any change of delivery address.
Promotional offers and prices are as stated, with no further discounts available.
Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on this website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be miss-priced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order. Where an end date is specified on any offer on the website, it is intended as a guide only. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
If any item is faulty or does not correspond to the placed order, you shall return the good to our store, 121 Bonham Strand, Sheung Wan. The item must be returned in original packaging and you shall report the return by email to email@example.com within 24 hours.
Refund will be credited into customer’s credit card account within 4 weeks, if we confirmed that the item is faulty. We reserve the right to refuse returns if in our reasonable opinion, we do not consider the item to be faulty. In such case we will return the item to you.
We do not provide refund or replacement for any wine, Champagne or spirits.
Returns on glassware and accessories or for the reason of breakage will be impossible once the goods have been accepted by the customer.
Cash Vouchers are not redeemable on www.monsieurchatte.com.hk or for telephone ordering.
Title of Goods
The goods shall remain our property until fully paid. We have the right to claim back any unpaid goods.
All risks in the products shall pass to the Customer upon delivery.
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in our performance caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failure, or any other causes beyond our control.

All products are listed in HK dollars.
All our online transactions are secured by SSL technology. It encrypts your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, in order it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Both the Customer and Monsieur Chatté agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong court.
