Traditional recipe from France. Enjoy this bread for a touch of sweetness due to the dried figs.
The best pairing with an artisan goat cheese from Loire Valley such as Chabichou du Poitou or a crottin de chavignol.
We do also recommend to enjoy it with a Duck Foie Gras.
You can also reheat it or toast it for breakfast and spread some sea salt butter with jam. A delight!
