Traditional recipe from France. Enjoy this bread for a touch of sweetness due to the dried figs.
We do also recommend to enjoy it with a Duck Foie Gras.
You can also reheat it or toast it for breakfast and spread some sea salt butter with jam. A delight!
Ingredients: Wheat flour, wheat gluten, Rye flour, malted wheat flour, water, salt, dried figs, rice flour, yeast
May contain traces of nuts or sesame. This bread does not suit any gluten free diet.
