This European dry hams platter  comes in 1 size (1kg) only and includes the following cold cuts:

Speck Ham (Italy), Bayonne Ham 10 months AOP (France), Parma Ham 14 months, (Italy) Serrano Ham Gran Reserva 16 months (Spain).

Speck Ham tasting notes: That spiced cure gives speck a deeper taste that’s more intense than prosciutto di Parma.
Unlike its “prosciutto crudo” cousin, speck tends to be browner in color and much denser. It’s well-marbled with a highly elastic texture and deep flavour. It has a savoury, smoky taste that’s laced with spices like juniper and bay leaf. On the nose, it gives off aromas reminiscent of the mountains.

Bayonne Ham tasting notes: Dryer than a prosciutto, less salty but very fruity, nutty with earthy flavours.

Parma Ham Tasting Notes: The hams are made from the rear haunches of the pig. The curing is controlled carefully so that the ham absorbs only enough salt to preserve it. By the end, a trimmed ham will have lost more than a quarter of its weight through moisture loss, helping to concentrate the flavour. As a result, the meat becomes tender and the distinctive aroma and flavour of Parma Ham emerge.
