For the Cuvée, Guilhaume, the domaine makes a selection of harvest from the best vines with high quality potential.
Tasting Notes: At first a deep garnet color edged with purple reflections. Then pretty, very pure and open aromas, cumin, white pepper, mint, white fig, dried fruits, apricots and grapes. Overall, a Generous and powerful wine. Vintage 2017 asserts itself richer and denser than previous vintages while keeping elegance without any mark of over maturity.
Food Pairing Recommendations: A great friend with cold cut and artisan cheese platter. It will be a delight as well with a confit de Canardand roasted potatoes cooked in duck fat.
