Marinette, Provence Rosé 2021
« As soon as I landed, I jumped into the swimming pool. The clear and cool water allows me to forget my crowded and gloomy hometown, which I left earlier. I can already feel the sun of the Côte tanning my skin. The sound of the waves in the cove below has an absolute stress reliever effect on me. I enjoy my glass of rosé and time stands still. That’s it, I’m here. It’s the holidays! » Marinette
Terroir: Clay and limestone gravels from the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. The plots are located in the heart of Provence, surrounded by fields of lavender and sunflowers and bathed in the sun, the mistral and the song of the cicadas.
Grape varieties : Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah.
Tasting Notes: First, the wine colour is pale, light and shiny. Then, on the nose an explosive bouquet of fresh raspberries, citrus, passion fruits and white peaches. Next, on the palate, a sensation of intense freshness mingled with infinite smoothness and sweetness. Overall, a rather saline finish that reminds the sea spray and immediately calls for another glass of rosé.
