First, Domaine Denis Meunier is the symbol of a family winemaking tradition since 1921.
Located in the village of Chancay and Vernou sur Brenne, this 15.5 hectares domaine produces wine with exceptional quality.
The Estate particularity is the clay limestone and schist Terroir which gives the character for each wine even though they come from a single grape variety, Cabernet Franc.
Grape Variety: 100% Chenin Blanc
Tasting Notes:
Robe: Golden Yellow color
Nose: Notes of citrus and dried fruits
Palate: powerful mineral expression with a light well balance tension
Food Pairing: ideal with the local goat cheese such as Petit Sainte-Maure or Selles sur Cher.
It is also a great friend with scallops, fish with some sauce or white meat or by itself as an appetizer.
