Les Vignobles Foncalieu are forceful advocates of winegrowing methods that preserve the beauty of the landscape and the ecosystem as a whole. The organically-farmed wine reflects that commitment. Situated in the heart of the Minervois appellation, it is cultivated by a couple of winegrowers who use organic methods in order to respect nature and to optimize the quality of their fruit. The grapes planted on the vineyard are typically Mediterranean, with a majority of Grenache and Syrah.
Domaine Des 3 Pointes is a testament to the Crozals family’s ownership and commitment to organic vine-growing practices. It captures the essence of the terroir—a 4-hectare vineyard nestled at the foot of the Montagne Noire, boasting sandy, silty, and schist soils. The vineyard benefits from the sweeping Marin and Cers winds, as well as exceptional year-round sunshine.

Tasting Notes for this Domaine:
At first, The wine has a black dress with purple highlights. Then, you will feel a jammy nose of black fruits (blueberries, blackcurrant) and spices (licorice, cachou, zan).
At last, a beautiful substance in the mouth, firm and structured tannins with very present aromas of fruits (blackcurrant).
Overall, this wine has a Beautiful balance and good aromatic persistence.
