Grape Variety: 100% Sauvignon Blanc Organic
Soil: First, the plots are the perfect and best balance between soil, plant and micro climate.
Location wise, the vineyards face North-and more particularly the sunny North; which means facing slopes near Puichéric (Languedoc-Roussillon).
Clay-limestone marl compose the soil. This composition is actually perfect and retains well the humidity so the plant develops well.
Wine Tasting Notes: First Sauvignon Blanc Le Versant Vegan has a brilliant pale yellow color with green tints. Then, you can also observe an intense nose with both fresh aromas (lime, kiwi, box) and ripe ones (pear, passion fruit).At last, the palate tinged with brightness lengthening with mineral hints of citrus and black currant buds.
Food Pairing Suggestions: Enjoy it as Aperitif wine. It will also pair deliciously well with grilled fish with lemon or sushi. Try it as well with asparagus gratin or Comté cheese, a delight!.
Last, importantly do serve at 10°C.
