Grape Variety: 100% Gamay Noir
Tasting Notes: At first, a red garnet robe with purple tints. Then a nose with mineral flint, blackberry and blueberry notes. Overall, a generous and rich wine in the palate, deep flavours
and complex.
Food Pairing recommendations: Try with braised meat or game, wild boar or bird,
and goat cheese.
