Terroir: Clay and limestone gravels from the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. The plots are located in the heart of Provence, surrounded by fields of lavender and sunflowers and bathed in the sun, the mistral and the song of the cicadas.
Grape varieties : Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah.
Tasting Notes: First, the wine colour is pale, light and shiny. Then, on the nose an explosive bouquet of fresh raspberries, citrus, passion fruits and white peaches. Next, on the palate, a sensation of intense freshness mingled with infinite smoothness and sweetness. Overall, a rather saline finish that reminds the sea spray and immediately calls for another glass of rosé.
Food Pairing suggestions: Grilled lobster, any kind of cheese but preferably from goat, shrimp Buddha bowl, melon and cured ham with red currant. The most important is to share with it with friends!
