The grapes are hand-picked at optimum ripeness and pressed immediately after harvesting. Following pressing, the wine matures in a combination of vessels: 80% in vats and 20% in barrels. The two portions are then blended to create a balanced Chardonnay with lively freshness, appealing fruitiness and subtle woody complexity.
Fresh and versatile, this French Chardonnay is ideal as an aperitif. It also pairs beautifully with poultry, fish, seafood, white meat, goat’s cheese, fruit tarts and fruit-based desserts.
