Aligot is a famous, indulgent dish from central France, associated with the Auvergne region and the broader Massif Central. It’s essentially a lavish, ultra-smooth mashed-potato mixture that becomes wonderfully elastic and stringy thanks to generous cheese.
What is it? A potato purée enriched with cheese, butter, and cream.
The cheese (Traditionally Tomme d’Auvergne or Cantal) is melted in and then vigorously whisked in to develop a gluey, elastic texture.
The result is hot, glossy, and stretchy enough to pull long cheese strands when stirred or served.
How do we serve it? Hot with grilled sausage and lettuce. The Aligot cheese will be on a all you can Eat service.

Maximum capacity: 21 persons.
Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment
No refund policy.
For cancellation 10 days or more before the event, your booking can be amended to any other calendar’s event. Ticket cannot be changed more than 1 time . If you opt to postpone it tickets remain valid for 6 months period only. Cancellation received less than 10 days before the event will not qualify for credit or refund.
Monsieur CHATTÉ reserve the right to postpone the event in case the minimum number of guests is not reached. Tickets are nominative but there are no seating plans.
