Sur tes Pas Pinot Noir is a wine with a story of transmission. This vintage tells a story of families, sons and daughters who have chosen to perpetuate the family vineyard. In the footsteps of their parents they have learned everything, with audacity they have chosen to shake up the codes, to be visionary, to convert their estate to organic. From generation to generation these families, faithful to their lands, transmit their love for their terroir.
Les Vignobles Foncalieu is a union of wine makers in the heart of the Languedoc. Indeed, their vineyard landscape stretches across 4000 hectares.
They are situated between the sea, the mountains and the sun-caressed plains and include such incredible sites such as the medieval fortified Cité de Carcassonne and two UNESCO World Heritage Sites. With such diversity, their 650 winegrowers represent a number of different wines and appellations and enable them to unveil the potential of each terroir. Their Paradis Secret is their interpretation of the delicacy of their terroir.

At first, some aromas of cherry, wild strawberry and fresh blackcurrant. Then, an elegant and silky palate with fruity, smoky and menthol notes.
