Tasting Notes: At first,Rully Blanc Naudin Pere & Fils 2020 has a yellow robe and is very clear. Then, floral aromas mixed with grapefruit and citrus on very mineral bases. Overall, with a good presence in the mouth, tasting is also characterised by a fruity material (quince, apple) well
wrapped with fine tannins and vanilla.
Food Pairing recommendations: A good parsley ham in the middle of a plate of charcuterie will be excellent! But it is certain that after two or three years of aging, a “blanquette de veau” or chicken with cream will ensure a successful meal!
To drink young or to keep 3-5 years. Best served at 11-12°C. Santé !
