Rully Blanc Naudin Pere & Fils 2017
Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay
Famous appellation of Côte Chalonnaise, Rully is a little village where we produce mainly white wines (2/3 of total production). The best slopes are highly demanded.
Ageing in oak barrels (including 20% of new oak barrels) for 11 months.
Tasting Notes: At first, the robe is yellow and very clear. Then, floral aromas mixed with grapefruit and citrus on very mineral bases. Overall, with a good presence in the mouth, tasting is also characterised by a fruity material (quince, apple) well
wrapped with fine tannins and vanilla.
Food Pairing recommendations: A good parsley ham in the middle of a plate of charcuterie will be excellent! But it is certain that after two or three years of aging, a “blanquette de veau” or chicken with cream will ensure a successful meal!
To drink young or to keep 3-5 years. Best served at 11-12°C. Santé !
