Vol-au-vents with a literal translation in French for “windblown”,are small hollow cases of puff pastry. They are called this way as very light to enjoy due to the fluffiness of the pastry paste.
The pastry is cooked and then filled with a different selection of savoury or sweet fillings.
This version with Vol au vent is Vegetarian option.
For a vegan option, we will replace the vol au vent by a vegan alternative. Please feel free to ask for a vegan alternative if needed, our chef can arrange for you and remain flexible.
