A FAMILY HISTORY AND EXPERT KNOW-HOW!
First, t was in 1945 that Roger Sarret baked the first Roger rusk, light, crispy and fragrant.
Then, the expertise of the baker, the love of bread and baking with an open mould: the bread dough for Roger rusks can rise freely so that the aromas of the rolls are expressed and the shape of the rusk remains natural.
As a result, a baker’s rusk that smells like bread out of the oven. On the strength of its success, the Roger rusk leaves the small family bakery for a larger.

At last, 70 years, two generations later, Éric Sarret, Roger’s grandson, and his team are developing Biscottes Roger products with the same passion in the heart of Provence.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour ( wheat flour , gluten ), sunflower oil, 3.5% cereal mix ( rye, corn, sesame, barley, oats, wheat , millet ), barley malt extract, baker’s yeast, salt, soy , flax, emulsifier: soy lecithin , antioxidant: vitamin E. Flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid.
Made in a workshop that uses sesame, eggs and dairy products.
