Produced by Univitis cooperative cellar, the Grand Théâtre Bordeaux wine is crafted and developed by dedicated winemakers.
Indeed, Established in 1984, the Grand Théâtre brand draws its name from Bordeaux’s iconic monument. It is a symbol of prestige, artistry, and conviviality.
These qualities are reflected in this wine indeed.
The wine has received the certification High Environmental Value Level 3, demonstrating the perserant commitment to respect and preserve the terroir.
First the wine has a medium-intense ruby color with purple highlights, Then, the nose is powerful and expressive with notes of roasted coffee and caramel mixed with aromas of black fruits.
At last the palate has a dense and muscular style. The wine is structured and opulent with aromas of black fruits such as blackcurrant and plum with a light touch of spice. The finish is long and vigorous.
Mainly made from Merlot the wine is round and aromatic wine. This gives it a powerful character with well rounded tannins.
With its ripe fruit aromas, it will delight your taste buds!
And beware, it has been awarded several times for its excellence!
Two medals for its 2020 vintage (Gilbert & Gaillard Gold Medal and the Lyon Silver Medal), and the same award for its 2019 vintage (Gilbert & Gaillard Gold Medal and the Bordeaux Silver Medal).
Ideal for pairing with charcuterie, cheeses or light desserts.
Best served between 15° and 17°C.
