Saint Peray Duo
Vintage: 2021
Saint Peray is a small appellation that produces only white wines: still and sparkling. The main part of the vineyard extends on gentle slopes around a limestone spur with a beneficial influence : The Crussol hill.
The Roussane grape variety evolves on a clay- limestone soil while the Marsanne marjority in the blend develops on a granitic soil.
Manual Harvest.
Tasting Notes: At first a robe with golden and bright colours. Then a charming nose of white fruits balanced with flowers and minerality notes. Overall a wine with a round and full palate with a great freshness.
Pairing suggestions: Serve it between 12 to 14C. Perfect companion for a gourmet apéritif. It will match perfectly with lasagna or buttered ravioli or seafoods. For the cheese, enjoy it with nice goat cheeses from Loire Valley, a delight!
