Coteaux Bourguignons Chardonnay sur Calcaire Duperray

Discover an elegant Coteaux Bourguignons 100% Chardonnay, produced from clay-limestone soils and crafted using sustainable vineyard practices in the heart of France.

To begin with, the vineyard’s inter-rows are either naturally grassed or carefully worked. As a result, these practices help preserve soil structure and encourage biodiversity, while also supporting healthy, expressive vines.

At harvest time, they hand-pick the grapes and then undergo low-temperature vinification.

Afterward, the wine is aged on fine lees in stainless-steel vats. This process helps create a fresh and balanced style, combining vibrant fruit, a delicate texture, and subtle structure. Moreover, because the wine is unoaked, the natural character of the Chardonnay and the distinctive clay-limestone terroir can shine through.

Ultimately, with its harmonious combination of fruity character, freshness, and structure, this Chardonnay is an excellent choice for everyday enjoyment or relaxed dining.

In conclusion, for the best experience, serve it chilled between 9°C and 11°C and enjoy it within three years, provided it is stored under suitable conditions.

Bourgogne Blanc Michel Dupre

Bourgogne Blanc Michel Dupre, Les 7 pieces is a Certified Organic French Chardonnay.

This elegant certified organic Chardonnay is produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown on sandy and loamy soils enriched with granite stones. Located at an altitude of 320 metres with south-west exposure, the vineyard benefits from excellent sunlight and conditions that encourage freshness, balance and expressive fruit.

The grapes are hand-picked and directly pressed upon arrival at the winery, helping preserve their delicate aromas and natural freshness. The wine is then aged for one year in small French oak barrels, known as pièces, adding subtle woody complexity and a refined structure.

Fresh and fruity on the palate, this barrel-aged Chardonnay combines vibrant acidity with elegant texture and gentle oak notes. Its balanced profile makes it an excellent choice as an aperitif or alongside a variety of fresh and delicate dishes.
