The small cognac house of Daniel Bouju craft spirituous since 1805.
It is located in the village of Saint Preuil in Charente. Covering 30 hectares of vines in the heart of the famed Grande Champagne region, the Daniel Bouju Distillery has a wine making and distilling history that stretches back to the early 19th century and is proud to offer single estate Cognacs.
As a grower/distiller, Daniel Bouju controls 100% of the production process. Each and every single step of the production process is handled with the greatest from the vineyard to the bottle.
The distillation take place on small 16 hl Charentais style copper pot stills for double distillation. As well as the perfect aromatic intensity and concentration. Then matured in Limousin oak casks.
