First, this product contains 2 to 3 parts.

Then, whole Duck Foie gras with Sauternes is prepared in a natural way without any addition of preservatives and cooked in a bain-marie in their glass jar.

Also, this foie gras offers great delicacy in both its texture and its aromas.

Last but not least, the very finely dosed salt and pepper seasoning preserves the taste of the foie gras as much as possible.

Made from whole duck liver, you can enjoy this foie gras with baguette, fig bread or simply on crackers for appetizers.

To enjoy it at its best, before opening keep at room temperature. Put in the fridge 1 to 2 hours right before opening.
After keep in the fridge and consume within 3 days.

Serve it chilled with a Sauternes such as Chateau de Fargues, Sauternes 1998.
