As a grower and distiller, Daniel Bouju controls 100% of the production process. Each and every single step of the production process is handled with the greatest from the vineyard to the bottle.
Grape Variety: Ugni Blanc
Tasting Notes: Aged in new oak barrels. This amber-colored cognac is more complex. Toasted oaky nose with light hints of vanilla and spices. With strong and complex aromatic characteristics, this cognac warms in the mouth. Fine and delicate aromas.As a result, IT has an excellent length on the palate.
