Tomme Jurassienne enchants the palate with its original taste. It is a grinding stone which develops an orange rind covered with white moulds. Its yellow pâte has small holes. It releases a quite good smell of cow’s milk and the truffles. On the palate, the pâte is fine and tasty and melts, leaving a pleasant aftertaste and a sensation of freshness. The truffles is a perfect addition and gives additional mushroom flavours to this must try cheese from Jean Perrin.
Pairing Wine suggestion:A great friend with a light bodied and fruity wine such as Pinot Noir from Burgundy.
