Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay. Hand Harvest.
Fermentation on fine lees: the wine goes in 100% 1 year old to 3 years old barrels during the whole fermentation and ageing process (15 months in oak barrel).
Tasting Notes:
COLOR: Golden colour with green tints.
NOSE: Floral aromas with acacia flower, honeysuckle and elder tree. Lemon and white peach, then toasty vanilla notes and brioche complete the aromas.
MOUTH: The mouth is salty, lively and intense. Lovely chalky finesse and elegance. A well-toned wine that is representative of its terroir.
Food Pairing Recommendation:
This wine will perfectly match with grilled scallops and citrus fruit juice, poultry with cream sauce or goat cheese.
Best Serve at 12-14°C.
