Petit Reblochon Edelmont 230g is the little sister of the Reblochon that weight around 500g.
Reblochon is a semi soft, washed rind mountain cheese. the paste is ivory, smooth and aromatic. Also, the fine reddish-orange rind gives a mushroomy aroma with reminiscent of hazelnut.
The cheese is emblematic of the Savoie Region! Try making a Tartiflette by melting it on top of potatoes and bacon. Reblochon delicate flavor will pair nicely with a Chignin Bergeron or a glass of Apremont.
