Located near Pouilly-Fuissé, Pascal Berthier works on this terroirs organically to produce a very rare white pearl. Estate certifed HVE.
Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay
Tasting Notes: At first, a very nice and pale golden robe. Then the nose is displaying quinces, citrus and white flowers notes. The palate is very rich and
generous, with floral and light buttery notes. Overall very bright and mineral on the finish.
Food pairings: Excellent with fishes, seafoods, cheese and dishes with cream sauce and mushrooms.
Service recommendations: Drink from 11C.
Ageing Potential: 0 to 5 years.
