Eclat de Soleil embodies the reflection of the sun on the white soil of the Languedoc vineyard on which this Malbec rosé is grown.
Les Vignobles Foncalieu represents a Wine maker union in the heart of the Languedoc. Indeed, their vineyard landscape stretches across 4000 hectares.
Located between the sea and the mountains and the sun-caressed plains, the wineyards include such incredible sites such as the medieval fortified Cité de Carcassonne and two UNESCO World Heritage Sites. With such diversity, their 650 winegrowers represent a number of different wines and appellations and enable them to unveil the potential of each terroir.
Grape Variety:100% Malbec rosé
Soil: Alluvial soil composed of gravel, clay and sediments.
Tasting Notes:At first a clear colour. Then an Intense and concentrated nose of red fruits (redcurrant, strawberry), floral notes(peony) and some exotic notes (lychee). Overall, an Explosive mouth, very expressive, very fruity and tasty with a typical acidulous and long finish.
Food Pairing Suggestions: A great pairing with Mediterranean cuisine such as fish with Provencal sauce, or seafood paella etc or couscous.). A great friend for aperitifs, barbecues, grilled white meats, salads.
Serve at 8 or 10°C.
