Domaine Siouvette, L’Exception, Cotes de Provence Rosé, 2020
Located at the foot of the Maures Massif ,20km away from St Tropez, this authentic 18th century Provencal bastide has belonged to the Sauron family since 1836.
In this former farm of the Pères de la Chartreuse de la Verne , vines were cultivated long before the revolution.
From the management of the vine to the bottling , the wines of Domaine Siouvette are the fruit of a constant concern for quality, regularly awarded in many national competitions.
In this family domain, Sylvaine and Guy Sauron as well as their children Marie and Thomas invite you to discover the Red and White cuvées as well as the subtle aromas of the Rosés which make the reputation of the Domain.
Grape Varieties: Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Carignan
Tasting Notes: At first, Domaine Siouvette has a pale salmon pink robe. Then a nose of red berries with a touch of flint. Overall, a delicate mouth, with a beautiful fruity freshness that delights the tastebuds.
The finish stretches over the fruit. A refined rosé.
A must try with Thai Cuisine.
