Cotes du Rhone Villages Seguret Rémy Ferbras 2019.
Séguret is a gastronomy hotspot. Magnificent hilltop village, surrounded by vineyards, that spreads into narrow streets and stone houses typical of the Provencal style. The climate is Mediterranean with strong winds from the north, called Mistral.
The vines flourish on clay-limestone and stony soil.
Grape Variety: Syrah, Grenache, Mouvedre
Tasting Notes:
At First, Cotes du Rhone Villages Seguret has a beautiful intense red color.
Then, a very aromatic nose with aromas of red fruits, tobacco and almonds. Overall, the palate is complex, round and fruity with nice aromas of black fruits on the finish.
Food Pairing:
Ideally served with roasted duck or confit de canard with chestnuts or mashed potatoes with truffles.

Tasting tips: Serve this wine at 16-17°C. Open before service.
