Cotes du Rhone blanc, 2020, Hommage du Rhone
The Côtes du Rhône is the 1st producing AOP of the regions Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur and Languedoc Roussillon.
Furthermore, the southern climate is characterised by the wind Mistral. This wine comes from a selection of parcel located on the right and left bank of the Rhône river.
The appellation vineyards stretch from Vienne to Avignon. The Côtes du Rhône appellation includes 171 communes across six départements: Ardèche, Drôme, Gard, Loire, Rhône and Vaucluse), covering an area of around 30,000 hectares.
Last but not least, the Cotes du Rhone Blanc – white wines represent 5% of the production.

Tasting Notes: At first, This wine has a bright, golden color.
Then, the nose is fruity and floral with citrus notes and white fruits.
Overall, the mouth is round and generous, with a nice freshness.
Pairing Food recommendations: To serve between 9 and 12°C. To be drunk within 2 years.
Perfect wine for an aperitif. It will be a great companion with white meat in wine sauce such as Blanquette de veau or a great friend with goat cheese such as Rigotte de Condrieu. Also pairs well with seafood.
