Condrieu J Denuziere, 2017.
This is the northernmost Appellation in the rhone Valley to produce white wines.
All 200 hectares produce wine with a single grape variety that traces his heritage to the Roman times : Viognier.
Manual Harvest using only small baskets.
Tasting Notes: A green gold color at first with luminous streaks. A complex nose where white flowers and fresh fruits (peaches and Apricots) give way to lightly buttery notes.
Food Pairing recommendations: Serve it between 12-14C. An real gourmet wine to enjoy during a meal and a great companion with Goat cheese such as rigotte de condrieu, or veal and other white meat.
A great pairing with raw and cooked fish.
