Tasting Notes: At first, a red garnet robe with purple tints. Then, the nose is very complex characterised with peonies, cherry and mineral notes. A generous palate, well-balanced and refreshing. Overall, a fruity and silky finish.
Food serving recommendations: A perfect match with beef, poultry, country pâté or chicken liver mousse, cured meats or cheese but also pasta with bolognese.
