Milk and cream from Normandy and cane sugar to give a little caramelised taste is the secret of this delicious milk jam.

Caramel spread  has a delicious caramel taste with no added aromas, additives, colourings or preservatives. A traditional recipe slowly cooked in copper cauldron for an authentic taste.

Ingredients: condensed milk of Normandy, cream, sugar cane, caramel, milk protein and emulsifier.

How to use: keep at room temperature. Once opened keep in fridge and consume within 10 days.

Simply spread on a slice of bread, Lucien Georgelin’s milk jam will be appreciated at snack or breakfast time, with your coffee or tea .

You can also combin it in your favourite cake recipe! This recipe will please all palates from youngest to adult age.

 

Lucien Georgelin uses the best of the fruits to make his jams directly selected from the orchards so the fruit is harvested when perfectly ripe. Using ancestral know how, all fruits are slowly cooked in copper kettle to preserve their fragrances.

Lucien Georgelin started his business by going to local markets and small grocery stores.

Then, he successfully expanded with the collaboration of a daring banker who felt passionate for these local jam products… Last,  strawberry jam was his favorite jam. Later he several medals.

In the heart of a small county in the south west of France, Lucien Georgelin created his business.

It all started on a sunny land generous in flavors and colors.
