Burrata – 100g
Pasteurised Italian cow’s milk cheese, made from mozzarella and cream.
The outer shell is a solid mozzarella, while the inside is very creamy as it contains stracciatella and cream, giving it an unusual, soft texture.
Serve fresh Burrata at room temperature by removing it from refrigeration at least half an hour before serving.
Enjoy it beside ripe tomatoes, basil and crusty bread with a light drizzle of olive oil.
Accompany this cheese with a glass of Rosé for the perfect summer starter. A delight !
Fresh Burrata usually has a short shelf life and receive a huge success amongst our clientele.
