Grape Variety: 100% Gamay Noir.
Tasting Notes: At first, a deep garnet robe. Then a nose showing blackberries, ginger bread and garrigues notes. The palate is round and smooth, with velvety tannins. Overall, the finish is long, unctuous with some roasted and vanilla notes.
Food Pairing suggestions: Perfect to pair with games, lamb, and roasted chicken. Serves at 13C.
