Located in the heart of Burgundy, Maison Albert Brenot produces quality and authentic wines since 1849.
Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir
This Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune is harvested on a plot situated in a privileged location in the heart of Maranges. The steep hillside is exposed east / south / east and the vine covers about one hectare.
Tasting Notes: At first, a ruby “robe” . Then a nose of authentic aromas of ripe red fruits (blackcurrant, cherry) and also wild scents. Then on the palate, the wine is marked by a great personality, with a tone that blends with time, velvety tannins and a little spicy finish. Overall, the palate reveals its terroir with a wild animal and originality back.
Food Pairing recommendations: This Bourgogne Hautes Cotes de Beaune will pair perfectly with white meat and poultry as well as roasted or grilled meats. Perfect with simple food (sausages, meats, pâtés). This is a very accessible wine and a bottle of nice character.
Serving Suggestion: 15-16°C.

About Albert Brenot and Doudet Naudin Maison
Founded in 1849 by Albert Brenot in Savigny-lès-Beaune, Doudet-Naudin is one of the oldest Burgundy wine Maisons.
Indeed, in 1933 Doudet family adquires the Domaine. They have developed and expanded the Maison while preserving its fundamental values: respect for traditions and excellence.
Nowadays, Christophe Rochet, the current head of Doudet-Naudin, keeps maintaining the values of this well-respected Maison while restructuring it.
For almost two centuries they have been producing great wines with a single goal: to reveal and highlight the Burgundy terroir while respecting the values that we hold dear: authenticity and quality.
