Mediterranean sea is rich of many fish and seafood species, this typical dish is a way to gather them and appreciate them. Made with rock fishes for the broth, fishes such as rascasse, saint pierre, congres, vives… and with mussels and cuttlefish.
Slowly reheat this soup and serve it with potatoes and rouille (spicy mayonnaise)
