Beaujolais Villages Rouge Gamay Gloulou
2020, Jean Baptiste Duperray
The Quench wine by excellence… naturally made to keep it very fresh and fruity…
I joined my father in 2013 in our estate. We work together and share our point of view to create well balanced wines. I believe in our grape variety, the Gamay, which is ideal for fruity and fresh wines. We practice a sustainable farming. We deploy a lot of energy for the reorganisation of our vineyard : the renewal of old parcels, modern plantations…
Grape Variety: Varietal: 100% Gamay Noir

Tasting Notes: At first Beaujolais Villages Rouge Gamay Gloulou has a red garnet robe with purple highlights. Then, the nose displaying grapes notes with red berries and a touch of spice. Overall, very fresh, fruity in the palate with a nice acidity in the finish.
Food pairings suggestions: Try it with appetisers, cured meat, salami, French pate or Rillettes.
« My Gamay Noir vines (the main varietal in our region), my terroirs, my artisanal work in the vineyards are all the factors contributing to the quality and authenticity of my wines. » Jean Baptiste Duperray
