In 2013, Anthony therefore took over the family estate. He is now the 5th generation of winemaker.
They cultivate their vineyard, located in the heart of golden stones, with passion for the greatest respect for traditions and nature. More importantly, they are attentive to the biodiversity and the land that surrounds them, for the well-being of all.

Founded under the Empire, the estate entered the Pérol family a century later, in 1912. It is located in the heart of the Pierres Dorées in the hamlet of La Colletière located opposite the medieval village of Châtillon d’Azergues.
The vineyard is made up of four grape varieties:
For AOCs:
– Gamay noir à jus blanc for red and rosé sparkling wines.
– Chardonnay for white wines and crémant.
Harvesting is done by hand, allowing selective picking.
Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay.
Tasting Notes: Beaujolais Blanc Perle Du Château has a fine balance between freshness and minerality. At first a golden color. Then a citrus nose with floral notes. Overall the mouth is fresh and very round and generous.
Food Pairing Suggestion: A fantastic companion during the aperitif. It will pair perfectly well with fish and poultry as well.
Try it with a great selection of goat cheese from Loire Valley and some honey with truffles. It will be a delight ! Bon Appétit.
